Q: How long do your candles burn for?

A:  Our 3x3 Beeswax candle burns for up to 75 hours
     Our 3x5 Beeswax candle burns for up to 120 hours
The reason we say "up to" is because burn time depends on how often the candle is extinguished and re-lit.

 

Q: Are the candle 100% Beeswax?

A: Yes.  Our candles are 100% beeswax.  Our candles contain no paraffins. 

 

Q: What do you charge for Shipping?

A: We offer free ground shipping for all orders in the USA.  International and expedited USA shipping are not free.  Sorry.

 

Q: What is the wick made from?

A: Our quality wicks are made from 100% cotton

 

Q: How Many candles do we get per order?

A:-When you order a 3x3 Clean Bee candle, you get 1 (one) 3x3 candle
-When you order a 3x5 Clean Bee candle, you get 1 (one) 3x5 candle
-When you order a Votive Clean Bee candles, you get 6 (six) individual votive candles
-When you order a Tea Light Clean Bee candle, you get 12 (twelve) individual Tea Light candles

 

Q: Are the Tea Light candles enclosed in glass or plastic?

A: Or Tea Light candles use a heavy duty plastic that will not melt when you burn your candles.

 

Q: How quickly do you ship and where do you ship from?

A: We usually ship within 24 hours.   Often we ship the same day.  We use multiple warehouses around the country.  Which ever is closest to your delivery address is the one we will use, unless that warehouse is out of stock.  Your package might arrive in an Amazon Prime box.
